Description

As a Clinical Support Worker, youll deliver day to day care to meet the clinical needs of our children and young people, either in their home or other care premises, reporting and recording any changes in need.

We have a competency framework in place to support your learning to ensure that you have the right skills.

Youll plan and facilitate play and activities that are appropriate to age and developmental needs and provide parents and carers with an emotional base of support when caring for their child in their home.

Youll be involved in helping families make memories if their child is recognised to be at the end of their life.

Youll work both independently and alongside other workers from the Acorns team, such as our nurses.
