Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Berkshire-based commercial office for a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.

You will be focusing on the roll out project of all supply contracts. You will assess current supplier contracts and agreements and update, change, or modify them accordingly. You will also be setting up new supplier contracts and ensuring compliance with all terms, conditions, and regulations.


The Role

  • Assess critical supplier list and devise a project plan for roll out of Supply Agreements.
  • Draft specialized Supply Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Material Transfer Agreements with Critical Suppliers.
  • Negotiate contract agreements for critical Items.
  • Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments to existing contracts.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the agreed terms and regulations.
  • Any other duties as required within the Supply Chain Department.

Experience Required

  • Experience in contract creation and negotiation.
  • Previous experience working within an OEM Supply Chain team preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel, including good general IT skills are essential.
  • Proven experience as a contract specialist or similar role ideally in the life science industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Indepth knowledge of purchasing regulations, contract documentation and legal and regulatory specifications.
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve supplier complaints and concerns.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Contracts Specialist.
  • Previous experience working within an OEM Supply Chain team preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel, including good general IT skills is essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interpersonal skills discreet, trustworthy and can build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A flexible approach to work and be capable of managing priorities.
