I am current recruiting for 2+ PQE Commercial property Solicitor on behalf of a highly reputable local firm based in Dudley, who are particularly well regarded for their commercial property work.

The Commercial Property Team has a wide range of clients from SME's to much larger organisations and in a variety of businesses from Developers to the Manufacturing Industry.


Requirements for this role include:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive
  • Experience handling a range of Commercial Property matters
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work efficiently and cost effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and reliable individual

The role would suit someone 2 years plus PQE or equivalent Commercial Property experience ideally with a knowledge of the local area and/or willingness to network in that area.
