This role is an important part of the regional Community Investment delivery team and will work closely with all relevant team members and external stakeholders to address social issues in MTVH communities that limit residents' ability to live well.

Thepost holder will be responsible for developing and delivering insight-led priority neighbourhood plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experence

Knowledge of Derby is useful.

Experience of delivering hard targets and working within a performance driven environment.
Experience of using a community development approach to enable communities to thrive
Experience of commissioning relevant partners to deliver identified projects and service
Experience of collating and using insight to inform own work
A track record of supporting communities with multiple issues and barriers.
Proven experience of delivering a coordinated holistic services with a good working knowledge of the issues affecting those who are in living in social housing.
Experience of identifying, developing and managing strong partnerships.
