Practice Accounts Manager, Camberley, to £57,000

This forward-thinking and successful Practice is looking for a qualified Manager to head up their Accounts department (including a small number of audits).

As a qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE in the profession working closely with the Partners, in this Accounts Manager role you will:

Oversee the Accounts function, managing the accounts department staff workloads and job allocations.
Plan individual accounts work.
Review staff work.
Correspond with clients.
Manage and organise Charity Accounts reporting, including some charity audits.
Involvement with a small amount of audit planning and audit work on trading companies.
Produce financial statements for small to medium sized businesses with tax computations and provisions included.
Take on workload from the Partners as required, especially in sending accounts to clients.
Assist with ad hoc advisory work, including dividend planning and cash flow models.
Meet and onboard new clients.
Attend training events to further develop skills and knowledge as required.
Communicate departmental matters with Partners and staff.
