Abatec are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.This role is intended to offer Administration to support to the Customer service team. You will be responsible for liaising and building a strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day administration tasks and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Liaising with relevant departments (internal and external
- Customers & Suppliers)
- Maintaining and managing several Excel spreadsheets to provide accurate information regarding the operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Using computer systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP)
- Administration / office experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT Literate (Microsoft office, excel, SAP) (SAP would be an advantage)
- Able to work independently
- Great communication (written and verbal) with a friendly telephone manner
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am 5pm
- Training, progression and development
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
