The Role:

This leading international law firm are seeking to expand their specialist Real Estate Finance team with a Legal Director (8+ years PQE) hire into the City of London office.

As one of the most senior members of the team, you will have an active role in developing the skills of junior lawyers as well as having a say in the direction of the team moving forwards whilst working closely with the Partners.

The work undertaken is varied, encompassing development finance, mezzanine finance and Islamic finance in the hospitality, leisure, corporate occupier, retail, and university accommodation sectors.

You will be fully supported in continuing, or following, any particular interests and individuals with an established specialism would be welcomed.

Requirements:

You will be a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
You will have gained experience from an International or National law firm
You will have excellent communication and team skills
You will be keen on developing the skills of those around you
