Description

We are looking for a administrator to join the Administration Team in the Queens Centre for Oncology at Castle Hill Hospital.

As an Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers.

The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads.

As an Administratoryou will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our your line managers within Administration and the wider organisation.

This role is a 18 month fixed term contact.


Our Administratorsplay a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team.

Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include;

  • Management of appointments
  • Face to face Patient contact
  • Reception duties
  • Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience

HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
