Do you have a background in design & manufacturing engineering, with experience of leading business transformation & cross functional teams? Reaction Engines is looking for a new Industrialisation Lead to drive the business towards greater customer focus and serial production capabilities.

Qualifications To be successful you'll need**:

Experience in leading business transformation
Experience leading cross functional teams
Experience in Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience in a technology or production business
Experience bringing products to market and scaling up manufacturing capabilities
Strategic thinking, seeing the bigger picture and joining the dots
Influence, manage and build teams that can work seamlessly across functions
Strong management and interpersonal skills
Collaborative and inclusive working style.
Commercially minded

circa £75,000
