We are looking for two experienced team leaders to help Manage & Allocate duties, supervise support workers and provide high quality care to the people we support.

We are a large service supporting 60 people who have a wide range of care requirements.

Within this role you will be responsible for:
safeguarding of people we support
Infection control management
Effective care planning and assessments
Medication management and administration of medication
Maintain records as required by the organisation and professional bodies Supporting new admissions and discharges
Manage and delegate rotas and allocations
Build relationships and community circles with external professionals
Assist management with quality audits
12 months experience as a team leader is required
NVQ Level 2 or above
Good oral and written communication skills
Demonstration of the 6 principles of care and how they underpin delivery within a residential home.
Clear DBS & Two Satisfactory references

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Volunteer

Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
