Our client is a large, multi-site Law Firm. They're looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in Birmingham.

You'll provide administrative support to the office, with duties including:

  • Create, maintain, update, and store documents and files on the case management system
  • Complete all compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering etc.
  • Answer all enquiries from clients/third parties as appropriate, passing on any messages to colleagues when needed
  • Handling incoming post, preparing outgoing post
  • Adhoc tasks as requested by feeearners
You will have experience in an administrative role from professional services and a positive attitude towards work. You'll also have good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
