We are working on a fantastic opportunity to join an independent land promotion, planning and architecture firm based in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

Founded in 2018, the firm is an award-winning practice made up of a dynamic team of planners and architects.

Since formation, the company has grown from strength-to-strength, working on barn conversions and minor residential new-build developments through to commercial and major residential land promotions.

Additionally, the company is working on a number of large-scale ground-mount solar projects.

There is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing land promoters. With a healthy and growing pipeline, we are seeking to recruit a Planner.

Requirements:

A relevant degree/masters
Ideally 3+ years' experience as a planner in the public or private sector.
Experience producing Planning Statements, Heritage Statements and Appeal Statements.
Ability to work closely with inhouse planners and architects.
Must have excellent understanding of planning policy and law.
Have a full driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities:

Preparing Planning, Design and Access Statements, Contextual Site Analyses and Heritage Statements.
Preparing Appeal Statements.
Undertaking site appraisals, identifying planning constraints, and preparing detailed planning strategies for clients
Analysing local and national planning policies and sitespecific planning history.
Completing strategic land searches and contacting landowners to discuss land promotion opportunities.
Independently attending client site visits to provide planning advice.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
