'''Duties'''- Assist teachers in implementing creative fun activity plans and educational activities
- Provide oneonone support to students who require additional assistance
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents/guardians, and other staff members
- Support students with autism or other special needs in their academic, social, and emotional development
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or in special education settings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and learning techniques
- Ability to adapt and modify instruction based on individual student needs
- Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives
