• Assist teachers in implementing creative fun activity plans and educational activities
• Provide oneonone support to students who require additional assistance
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents/guardians, and other staff members
• Support students with autism or other special needs in their academic, social, and emotional development

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or in special education settings
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
• Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and learning techniques
