Enthusiastic and reliable butcher production and sales assistant required for on farm rare and minority breeds butchery. Tasks include making sausages, burgers etc, packing, serving customers, cleaning. 23 hours per week, Weds 5, Thurs 5, Fri 8 Sat 5. Possibility for additional hours. No prior experience of sausage/ burger making required but previous food industry and/ or sales experience desirable. Enthusiasm for the product essential. Friendly and supportive team.
