To manage your own portfolio dealing with all aspects of credit control within that ledger, to obtain payment for all overdue invoices by contacting the customers requesting payment in a polite and professional manner and to ensure set KPI's are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a ledger of 1000 accounts with an average £2k value
Contact the client, ensuring they have received the invoice & requesting payment where overdue
Ensure notes are factual and up to date
Escalate chasing action to next level in accordance with company credit cycle
Liaise with other colleagues and departments where necessary
Deal with any payment or contractual queries from clients including
