An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Service.

This role plays a vital part in the Trust's workforce plan to offer a range of Apprenticeships and Work Experience Programmes (clinical and non-clinical) to young people from across Worcestershire wishing to develop their early career opportunities.

Apprenticeship programmes also support further CPD opportunities for colleagues within the Trust, including degree apprenticeships, to provide career opportunities and development.

The successful applicant will work as part of a small supportive team to provide effective and efficient administration to the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Services which sits under the Trust's Human Resources Directorate.

Strong customer care skills are essential, along with a confident can-do attitude to ensure that we present a positive and professional image of our service to all stakeholders at all times.
