Trade Base is a fast growing family business supplying bathrooms to installers

This will include working alongside a number of freelance copywriters

The core function initially will be to organise adding new products to the website using a system of content producers and freelancers.

Over time this will develop in to a ecommerce merchandising role with more of an emphasis on improving the customers journey and on-site experience, in turn increasing the conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adding 100 new products per week. The physical uploading / product collation / description writing is done by freelancers. This role is to aid with the management of the process and provide content writers with product information / features
• Maintain product listings on the site, including removing discontinued products
• Creating and scheduling onsite promotions and deals in line with the purchasing team and relevant suppliers
• Maintaining customer accounts, including approving trade accounts / assigning trade accounts to new sign ups
• Maintenance of website pricing
• Processing of website orders

Previous Experiance:

• Knowledge and experiance within the bathroom market would be very valuable but is not a necessity if you're a fast learner. A part of the role involves supplying content writers with key product features.
• Experiance of Magento 2 and Sage 200 would also help with the role, however both of these systems are intuitive and can quickly be learnt
