Description
We are looking for an excellent communicator to join a successful global marketing team.

This role is based within the office in Halesowen offering no remote working


Working closely with the Sales Director, the role will take ownership for creating and delivering marketing materials and social media content across the business to maximize the company product brands, engage with customers and build commercial success.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales Director to drive the company's marketing communication strategy, goals and objectives


  • Copywriting

  • Create engaging copy for use online and in printed material
  • Graphic design creating/maintaining promotional material, including brochures, leaflets, datasheets, templates, posters etc.


  • Media creation

  • Creating photographic and video content (video/photo editing skill desired)


  • CMS

  • Assist in creating/maintaining the websites in line with the company framework


  • Social Media Marketing

  • Maintain and grow the social media channels in line with the digital marketing strategy


  • Project management

  • Support and coordinate promotional online events and tradeshows
  • Internal communication create internal business presentations and maintain internal communications such as newsletters and intranet articles, online TV/podcasts (interviewing skill recommended)
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders globally to deliver on individual internal/external projects (sales, IT, engineering, HR, operations, supply chain, finance)

Education
You should have a passion for developing the business and creating digital content. You should understand customer needs, be innovative in your approach and in presenting their message.

Be a consultative professional with a collaborative team mentality andbe able to effectively engage and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Engineering.


Competencies

  • Ideally a bachelor's degree (or similar qualification) in business/design/marketing with a marketing/media background
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communications skills with a knack for crafting compelling story angles and selling them into the media and other partner groups
  • Experience in B2B marketing/communication within Industrial segments is desirable
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experienced in technical writing and possesses the ability to optimally translate sophisticated technical information into simple, polished, and engaging gotomarket content
  • Good time management, proactive and able to work successfully in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong design skills including the ability to create layouts using \adobe Creative Suite software
  • Excellent MS Office and web
  • Good knowledge in digital marketing
  • Possesses high level of integrity with good work ethics

Hours
Monday to Thursday (8:30am to 5:00pm) - 45 Minutes lunch, Friday (8:30am to 3:30pm) - 30 Minutes lunch


Holidays
25 days per annum plus BH

Permanent role with an immediate start
