Description
Bramah HR is recruiting for an Activity lead to join a growing business in the leisure sector.

This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for the on site customer experience and will engage with customers directly.

You will lead the way on customer engagement and ensure that high levels of service are delivered at all times.


Responsibilities

- Deliver a first class customer experience.

  • Ensure Food and Beverage products are of the highest standard.
  • Ensure full engagement with customers.
  • Maintain facilities and ensure a clean and safe customer environment.
  • Manage the Activities Team to ensure a first class service is being delivered at all times.

Skills

- Experience in either the Hospitality or Leisure sectors in a management position.

  • Level 3 Food Safety.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
