Responsibilities:


  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and org functions simultaneously from sourcing to interview arrangement to offer extension & negotiation.
  • Map, identify and engage toptier talent with relevant web3 skills & experience using creative on & offline sourcing and networking tactics.
  • Help build the Starknet Foundation employment brand through social media, events, and by serving as an ambassador for the organization.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies and vendors who are assisting in searches.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant recruitment & sourcing experience, ideally in the tech or specifically web3 industry.
  • Proven track record of hiring toptier and niche talent, both technical & nontech, across levels, functions and regions.
  • Expertise in each stage of the talent acquisition process (sourcing, interview coordination, offers, onboarding).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Deep project management and organization skills with aptitude for building & scaling recruitment processes.
  • Strong working knowledge or interest in blockchain technology and trends.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt and thrive in a fastpaced and everevolving environment.
  • Londonbased, with 23 days in office/week.
