We are a fast-growing Mechanical and Electrical company based in Carshalton, looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our close-knit team.


We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Electrical Estimator to work closely with the management team, be responsible for the assisting in the provision of Electrical estimating services.


What does the role involve?

  • Producing and delivering accurate electrical and specialist estimates to requirements
  • Vetting incoming tenders/ offers from our supply chain and ensuring that the most viable offer is included in our submission
  • Review plans, specification and other relevant documents to provide solutions which will increase profitability and prepare a clean concise bid proposal
  • Evaluating risk with bids/projects
  • Determining type, quantity, cost of materials and fixtures needed for each project
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • To have knowledge and understanding of the workplace health and safety regulations.

  • Experienced with good understanding of the Electrical industry

  • A proactive, dynamic selfstarter
  • Welcoming and warm personality
  • Proficient in Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • A team player who flourishes in a fastpaced and everchanging environment
  • Bid writing experience (desirable but not essential)

£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
