From £23,400 dependent on experience

This is an amazing opportunity to join our Retail Protection business as a claims helpdesk / administrator, working closely with our claims assessors.

This is a unique role with a mixture of call handling as well as getting involved in the administration of claims.

In this role you will be:

Taking incoming notification and existing claims query calls, providing a supportive, empathetic, and reassuring response this could be for Bereavements, Critical Illness or Income Protection as well as several other benefits
Logging claims data on to the system
Supporting with any administrative tasks
