Are you an experienced Administrator or Sales Administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity?


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated by sales targets and customer satisfaction to join our referrals and sales team, based in Colchester, Essex.

You will follow the company sales process for each referral and follow-up, ensuring that customer details are recorded accurately.


Your customer satisfaction skills will be used to build relationships with our local authority and family solicitor customers, as well as with your professional colleagues.


On a daily basis you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks whilst striving to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding personal and professional conduct.


You will work closely with the Head of Services and Senor Referrals Manager to achieve maximum profitability from all sales.


To succeed in the Sales Administrator role, you must be able to work effectively to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.


The successful applicant will be motivated to:

  • Ensure each customer interaction is professional, includes accurate detail, and avoids the use of jargon
  • Ensure customers are notified of changes to any part of the sales agreement prior to handover
  • Adhere to the company handover, followup, and referral procedure
  • Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with all colleagues, external representatives, and suppliers
  • Ensure sensitive information is managed appropriately and in accordance with company confidentiality procedures
  • Communicate progress against agreed objectives to your Line Manager

Essential Skills:


  • Previous experience in an administration or sales environment
  • High standard of verbal and written English
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
