Description

The Head of Product will head up a team of 4 members of staff with oversight of the organisation's 3 product areas.

These products all act as an interface for students to access upReach support and they are the core to the delivery of their offering to all partners, students and donors.

upReach's main activity is delivering an intensive programme of career support, working in close partnership with leading employers and universities.

Their 2025 strategy will see them support up to 4000 students from across the UK, helping them broaden their horizons, understand career pathways and develop the skills, networks and experiences needed for career success and will continue to broaden their reach via their other programmes (Aspire, Social Mobility Network, Alumni, REALrating).
