We are seeking a motivated Senior/Team Leader to oversee our care teams in the Liphook and Alton area.

This pivotal role involves leading by example, ensuring our care standards are consistently upheld, and fostering a supportive environment for our team and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and oversee effective care plans tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage team schedules to ensure efficient staffing for all client appointments and needs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client families, building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues that arise and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Working Hours:


  • This position requires flexibility with the ability to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
