We are seeking a motivated Senior/Team Leader to oversee our care teams in the Liphook and Alton area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Manage team schedules to ensure efficient staffing for all client appointments and needs.
Act as a primary point of contact for client families, building strong, trusting relationships.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Resolve any issues that arise and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Working Hours:

This position requires flexibility with the ability to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
