T Shirt and Sons is an e-Commerce fulfiller with international clients serving the global market for print-on-demand apparel.

Made up of two companies, one based in the UK and one in the Netherlands, T Shirt and Sons is wholly owned by the world's largest promotional product supplier, Polyconcept.

T Shirt and Sons in its own right is the largest Direct-To-Garment printer in Europe with its principal offices located in Westbury, Wiltshire, UK.


  • Work in confidence within all areas of the production process
  • Pick and Pack garments
  • Print at a high efficiency rate while keeping quality at high levels.
  • Be able to help minimise errors by checking garments and graphics against original orders.
  • Continually look for the means by which to improve efficiency in the printing process.
  • Assist in keeping inventory of supplies up to date
  • Assist in other areas as needed.
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Have excellent attention to detail


  • No experience required

  • Training provided
Rotating Shift pattern 6-2 and 2-10


Salary:
£10.21-£10.73 per hour
