We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Veterinary Receptionist to join our team here at Briar Dawn Veterinary Centre in Oldham

This is a full-time position, working between 35-40 hours per week, covering Monday-Friday with 1:3 weekends (working

As a Head Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. We are a professional and personable team working in a very challenging and busy environment, which makes the role varied, interesting and no day is ever the same

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong leadership skills. Experience managing teams will be highly beneficial. Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience is essential.

You will need to have the ability to remain calm under pressure and also show empathy in each situation you encounter, from sharing the excitement of a puppy's first visit to the vets or comforting a client who has received some bad news.

The starting salary for this position will be from £24,000 depending on experience (pro rata).
