Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Parts Person/ Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our bodyshop in Woodbridge Suffolk
You will liaise regularly with suppliers to determine parts arrival and order parts
You will liaise with Customers to advise on progress of repairs
Work closely with the Vehicle Damage Assessors and Workshop Control to make sure parts are available for required jobs

Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience as a Parts Person
- Ability to talk to customers in a polite and professional manner
- Good IT Skills

Pay:
Up to £35,000.00 per year

Motor Trade: 5 years (required)
