Program Manager - Customer Expansion

Amazon Shipping (SWA) is seeking an experienced leader to join the Strategy & Integration team in the EU Customer Expansions space. You will be responsible for translating the long-term vision for Amazon Shipping and product requirements into operational program plans that target new customers and business enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Business, Product, and Ops teams.
Support the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and market segments from an end-to-end operations perspective.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Programme Manager, you will drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes. You will use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan, extending beyond process improvements to contribute to other areas of the business, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the Team

Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Our first customers are sellers in the EU, offering domestic volume shipping using our delivery network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree

Experience in program or project management.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

Experience leading process improvements.
