Key Accountabilities:


  • To complete gross and grosstonet payroll processing within the group as per company requirements.
  • To ensure payroll processes are compliant and up to date for legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • To manage and administrate the company's payroll systems (weekly, 4 weekly and monthly).
  • To identify and recommend improvements in daytoday working practices and processes.
  • Work closely with local branch teams to ensure there is an efficient flow of information to carry out the above duties.
  • Analysing and reporting on payroll data.
  • To contribute to the reporting of financial KPI's.
  • To contribute to monthly accounting processes and collaborate with the rest of the finance team.
  • Resolve issues and answer payrollrelated questions.
  • To provide assistance and support to various stakeholders, for example employees.
  • To engage with any other duties as required.
  • Travel to branch sites where necessary.

Person Profile:


  • Proven experience within a payroll team.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Desire to grow and develop alongside a SME.
  • Positive, forwardthinking attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and timemanagement skills.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Driving Licence with access to own transport is desirable but not essential.
