We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to support our payroll functions at Care Sante, across all Groups.

Key Accountabilities:
- To complete gross and grosstonet payroll processing within the group as per company requirements.
- To ensure payroll processes are compliant and up to date for legislative and regulatory changes.
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
- To manage and administrate the company's payroll systems (weekly, 4 weekly and monthly).
- To identify and recommend improvements in daytoday working practices and processes.
- Work closely with local branch teams to ensure there is an efficient flow of information to carry out the above duties.
- Analysing and reporting on payroll data.
- To contribute to the reporting of financial KPI's.
- To contribute to monthly accounting processes and collaborate with the rest of the finance team.
- Resolve issues and answer payrollrelated questions.
- To provide assistance and support to various stakeholders, for example employees.
- To engage with any other duties as required.
- Travel to branch sites where necessary.
Person Profile:
- Proven experience within a payroll team.
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
- Desire to grow and develop alongside a SME.
- Positive, forwardthinking attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and timemanagement skills.
- Proactive approach.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Driving Licence with access to own transport is desirable but not essential.
