Qualifications and Requirements:

Hold valid NMC Registration and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Mental Health / Learning Disabilities.
Demonstrate a proven 2 years of working in a hospital or residential setting.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable Attributes:

Forensic Experience: Experience in managing forensic patients.
PBS trained and willing to train is desirable

Leadership:

The ability to take on a leadership role among other nurses within the company.
