Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Patient Support Program Partner to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Slough.

Key Responsibilities:

For this role, you will serve as a lead in removing any local obstacles to the onboarding and uptake of patients to the advanced nurse PSP.
Recognise prospects for partnerships in dermatology and rheumatology.
Develop and implement service redesign and new novel patient solutions to advance the PSP blueprint design.
Exhibit constant differentiation and to maximise the value of these programs to patients and customers.
Contribute new ideas and initiatives to accelerate and optimise the delivery of the 35 years tactical plan.
Collaborate with the company's field force and homecare provider business development managers to guarantee that the service benefits are articulated constantly across the teams as well as that local examples of the positive impact of the PSP are actively shared with crucial external shareholders on a constant basis.
Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline.
Familiarity with remote patient or customer service programs/roles.
At least 1 year of experience in a medical information management role.
Acquaintance with numerous resources, such as searching published medical literature, compendia, for example: AHFS, Martindales, and Micromedex, and product label.
Capable of comprehending, analysing, summarising, and discuss medical/scientific information on various levels such as MDs, PharmDs, patients and caregivers.
Able to comprehend numerous customer social styles and respond suitably.
