We're on an exciting growth trajectory investing in our workforce of the future, and now have a requirement to recruit a permanent, full time Strategic Customer Insight Associate.

You will help shape how we gather customer insight at AXA, using research to tackle strategic business questions.

In addition, you will be responsible for the management of specific transversal AXA UK&I tools, including key relationships with third-party insight suppliers who help us gather customer insight.


You will be required to contribute to transversal insight strategy by assisting on broader objectives, providing your research expertise and project management support.

At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop and own the UK&I customer panels featuring both consumer and SME participants
  • Own customer testing by managing research requests to the customer panel, working with AXA stakeholders and the panel supplier
  • Assist stakeholders in writing research briefs
  • Recommend relevant quantitative/qualitative research methods that will provide actionable insight to stakeholders, working with thirdparty insight suppliers
  • Report on research results and communicate actionable insight to stakeholders
  • Own the UK&I insight roster and key supplier relationships
  • Promote the value of customer insight by sharing research, educating stakeholders and the wider AXA team

Qualifications:


  • A qualification in a numerate discipline, social sciences or research
  • Experience in deploying quantitative/qualitative research methods in business or studies
  • Project management skills
  • Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of insurance & financial services markets are preferred but not essential
  • Experience of working with research agencies is preferred
