The Recruiter will manage hiring activity into Operations and Functions.


Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Identify and source exceptional diverse talent for open roles within the organisation.
  • Build talent pipelines needed for business growth, succession planning and replacement hires.
  • Partner with, consult and advise hiring managers throughout the entire resourcing lifecycle.
  • Provide counsel on all matters resourcing related to HR, Hiring Managers and the wider Resourcing team.
  • Use MI and data to provide insight to Hiring Managers on recruitment activity.
  • Participate in project workstreams to help drive and deliver the future resourcing functions objectives.
  • Support assessment and interviewing process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in Prudential UK's operational risk.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in an inhouse and ideally agency capacity with a specific focus on high volume hiring across financial services.
  • Previous experience of full 360 recruitment.
  • Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management.
  • Excellent direct sourcing capabilities.
  • Experience of recruiting at various levels into key operational business areas.
  • Experience with an enterprise applicant tracking system (i.e. Workday).
