The role


We are looking for an Insight Associate to join our Boots team and help create, track and analyse in-store and digital campaign evaluations that provide strategic value to our clients.

You will assist in the creation and delivery of insightful media performance reports that lead to the creation of industry leading campaigns and drive innovative projects forward.


What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same.

However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:


  • Working within a small team to create, track and analyse instore & online campaigns.
  • Extracting, cleansing, and formatting data so that it is ready for analysis.
  • Running analysis on a large volume of campaigns balancing speed and efficiency with 100% data accuracy.
  • Providing clear recommendations from these evaluations which will help clients gain actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Being the 'go to' person across the team for all things related to our inhouse platform Plan-Apps with regards to evaluations and leveraging its data to uncover trends and insights.
  • Communicating effectively with client teams across media allocation and evaluations providing support across all things data & insight.

What you'll need to have / be

  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to interpret complex data and advanced excel skills with the ability to create complex formula.
  • Ability to visualise and explain data to a non data savvy audience.
  • Experience working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI is preferable.
  • An understanding of the commerce marketing landscape is preferable.
  • The ability to adapt to an agile working environment with clear organisation and prioritisation skills to manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

The process

  • We will invite you to a
    first interview which we try to keep relatively informal, so it gives you the opportunity to share your authentic self. The hiring team will be looking to understand more about your experience and why you're interested in working with us.
  • There will be a
    second interview which will last a little longer, and involve some form of task to showcase your ability to do the role.
  • We then invite you to a
    meet & greet which is an opportunity for you to meet the team you'll be joining and ask them questions about the role and wider business.
