Insider is hiring a junior reporter to join our weekend team in the UK to cover news.

The Role & Team:

Key Responsibilities:

Spotting and covering news events as they unfold
Driving major stories forward
Pursuing longer features and investigations
Writing accurate and clean copy
A passion for news (with a focus on US and international news)
A journalism background and some experience of news reporting online
An ability to write quickly and accurately
A selfstarter attitude and excellent organisational skills
A love of Insider and what we do
A desire to work as part of a global team in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of social media and SEO

This role has a working schedule Wednesday-Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.
