Zest4Talent is excited to be recruiting for a Team Coordinator and Administrator to join a growing adventure and outdoor pursuits company.

Great opportunity for career progression as the company continues in its growth trajectory. This is an office based role Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm.The perfect person for the role will possess the following:
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage a diverse workload with no 2 days being the same
- To fit in with the existing team you will have a vibrant and outgoing personality with a passion and interest in leisure and outdoor adventure pursuits
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Some previous work experience in an administrative function within an office environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
- IT skills
- MS Office including Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams
- Experience of minute taking in Management meetings is ideal but not essential.
- Own transport as the office is not easily accessible via public transport
The Team Coordinator's roles will include the following:
- Project administration and support to the Chief Business Officer including updating safety manuals and ensuring all safety systems are up to date and compliant (full training will be given)
- Diary management for the 2 members of the Senior Management Team
- Being present at Senior Management meetings: recording the agenda and minute taking
- Offering internal admin support on an ad hoc basis which could include obtaining quotes for equipment and ordering supplies as requested by senior management
- Ad hoc project administration to support the company's growth strategy
- Liaison and with internal stakeholders including Operations, Marketing and Sales.
