As Affordable Programmes Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the delivery of our affordable housing development programmes across England and Scotland.
You will gather, review, and manage data sourced from various regions and our financial systems and collate this data for reports and submissions.
This position will require a strong focus on administrative tasks, ranging from data submission to the meticulous gathering and organization of information.
Your efforts will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support the achievement of our delivery targets and contribute to the smooth operation of our affordable housing development programmes.

We are looking for an individual with robust computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
Familiarity with Homes England's Affordable Homes Programme ( Strategic Partnerships in particular) along with their Investment Management System (IMS), procedures, standards, and audit requirements will be an advantage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within our team and with external stakeholders. As a self-motivated individual, you thrive under pressure and excel in environments where autonomy is valued.Being personable and adept at quickly building relationships, along with strong influencing and negotiation skills, are highly desirable attributes.
