Kings Lynn Queen ELizabeth Hospital based Procurement Administrator- Temporary role with long term prospects and training
About Our Client:
Exciting Procurement Administrator role for a customer service/ administration professional to work within this varied temp long term temp role within an NHS organisation.
The Procurement Administrator will manage the creation of Purchase Orders on Oracle by liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders -thus supporting the smooth management of the Purchase to pay process.
- To review documentation including contracts, quotes and catalogue items for processing orders.
- Review non compliant orders and fix them
- Work with the team to action and resolve and queries for customers.
- Support faster processing of PO's.
- Support external stakeholders on locating orders not received.
- To be the Customer service and assist and direct any queries in the process.
- Arrange new supplier sets, liasing between clients and suppliers, to ensure bank details and required documents are received in a compliant format and actioned in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant:
Procurement Administrator desired experience and characteristics;
- Prior NHS or office based work experience
- A high level of organisational skills, effective timemanagement and a proactive approach to delivery.
- A proven ability in IT systems with MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
