My client, a global FMCG business, is looking to hire a Laboratory Technician on a Temporary basis till December 2023.

There is potential for this role to go permanent, depending on the business needs at the time.

Due to the nature of this role, it will be required to be on-site - based in Alloa - Monday-Friday.

£12.10 per hour, early finish on a Friday and flexibility around start and finish times.

Be able to operate within, support and contribute to the compliance agenda of the laboratory (e.g. H&S, Finance, Environment).
Knowledge of test methods, equipment maintenance and method development.
Ability to manage projects using basic project management.
Ability to translate science into motivating and influential stakeholder communication. Ownership and awareness to act on business benefits, commercials, risks and opportunities.
A degree in scientific or engineering discipline. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a materials production or suitable laboratory.
