Key Responsibilities

Costing projects on varying sites, greenfield, brownfield, flats and traditional houses.
Undertaking site take off using measuring software.
Updating controlled sites / cost plans through our quarterly review process
Value engineering projects and driving best value for delivery.
Assist in loading procured sites on internal software for surveying department to begin their process.
Assist surveyors with initial budgeting and assist where needed on initial enabling works / start on sitebased tendering.
