Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking an Operations Leader who will provide strategic and tactical leadership in the areas, cost optimization, quality capability, planning and execution for its Integrated business group of ETA Process Plant business group, in a Koch-Glitch division of our ET&S (Equipment Technology and Services) group.

What You Will Do

  • Oversight over the operations team and develop capability to ensure continuous improvement in results delivered.
  • Drive collaboration and lead the operational functions, process, mechanical, engineering, project management, procurement.
  • Develop operations capability that provides a longterm competitive advantage in the market.
  • Maximize value for the company and ensure clear financial results are shared throughout operations with action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure organizational structure, succession plans and individual roles, responsibilities and expectations are aligned with organizational and strategic goals.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Background in technical engineering (a mechanical and chemical degree would be appreciated, but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English oral and written is required.
  • Experience in operations including experience of Upstream, Oil & gas or related industries.
  • Cost management skills with strong focus on profitability approach, costsaving opportunities, resource optimization.
  • Strong Environment, Health & Safety culture
  • Leadership exposure in leading and developing people.
  • Good communication skills to be able to explain technical concepts to different types of customers

  • You are a resultdriven person with organization skills and ability for multitasking in a fastpaced work environment.
  • Sales or engineering experience in the oil & gas, chemical or similar industry
  • Adaptability to handle changing priorities, unforeseen challenges, and evolving business conditions.
