Quality Assurance Analyst and Support Officer
We're recruiting for a Quality Assurance Analyst and Support Officer to support the Quality Assurance Team to drive up quality standards, support compliance intelligence, continual improvement and robust risk management.

Other responsibilities include:
To collect, organise and analyse data to provide business insight
To organise data presentation to facilitate insight and fast decision making
To develop new protocols, standards and guidelines for roll out across the organisation
To monitor compliance and produce analytical reports
These duties are not exhaustive, and a full Role Profile is available on request.
The Quality Assurance Analyst and Support Officer will:
Have excellent numerical and analytical skills, preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and PowerPoint. Advanced skills in Excel and the use of at least one relational database and familiarity with other relational databases
Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
Good knowledge of GDPR regulations and an understanding of data protection issues and preferably an understanding of cyber security
Knowledge of IT and software maintenance knowledge
Have good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
Have the ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisation and to use analytical techniques to present a data management solution
Have good communication skills - verbal and written - and understand how to share insights with stakeholders
Have the capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows
Excellent report writing, project management and presentation skills with attention to detail
Be able to work across boundaries to support best practice
Be willing and able to travel and visit services 2-3 days per week
We're looking for the following experience:
Experience of business administration roles and expectations
Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques is preferable
Experience working within the social care environment
