About the role

The Analytics Specialist is examining data sets in order to find trends and draw conclusions about the information they contain.

You work closely with the reporting team within Care, but your focus will be on the service experience for our customers.

you'll use different tools to provide metrics, analysis, and predictions that helps the team to make better decisions.

What you'll be responsible for as a analytics specialist Customer Contact

Monitoring and reporting service performance to drive effective change and deliver improvements to the service experience both digital and agent.
Be equally comfortable talking to data as to stakeholders.
You're a critical thinker and continuously learn to improve on analysis techniques and KPI development.
With support you prioritize, design, and perform analysis
Perform data analysis, data visualization and presenting the insights gained to internal customers.
Analyze questions and create a plan
Maintain/Create relationships within the company

About You

Analytics professional with 1+ year experience in data analysis.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to create great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset
Excellent time management to plan and execute tasks within a set time frame.
The ability to be able to provide insight into performance of content, customer deflection etc.
Translate data to actionable solutions and bring them to colleagues who have less experience with data.
Inspire colleagues to work data driven.
