Role
One of our clients is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead a key area within a high-impact Ventures design team. This role focuses on shaping end-to-end experiences across customer and partner apps and websites, spanning food delivery, grocery, loyalty programs, new verticals, innovation initiatives, and retail media integrations globally.
This position is open to candidates based in London or Amsterdam. Portfolio submission is required.

Your Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the full design lifecycle for complex product areas — from discovery and concept development to high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and innovative digital experiences.
This role combines strategic thinking, design leadership, system-level thinking, and mentorship within a fast-paced and experimental environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Design Ownership
- Lead design for complex features and product pillars across multiple verticals
- Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI deliverables
- Ensure seamless handoff and collaboration with engineering teams
Strategic Product Thinking
- Partner with Product Managers to translate business goals into intuitive user journeys
- Challenge assumptions and ensure solutions address the right problems
- Contribute to multi-year product vision discussions
Design Excellence & Systems Thinking
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
- Drive high-quality UI/UX standards across touchpoints
- Push innovation while ensuring usability and accessibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Advocate for user-centric design in technical and product discussions
- Balance feasibility, business objectives, and user needs
- Work within agile product development environments
Research & Data-Driven Iteration
- Collaborate with UX Research teams to validate concepts
- Leverage insights and analytics to refine and improve experiences
- Foster experimentation and continuous improvement
Mentorship & Culture Building
- Provide feedback through design critiques
- Mentor and support other designers
- Promote a culture of growth, learning, and excellence
Your Profile
- Strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale, complex product design solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of scalable design systems
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced innovation environments
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience integrating design within agile development workflows
- Data-driven and research-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
