As a Barclays Execution Lead, you will be accountable for establishing solid relationships across the orginisation, successfully supporting the delivery of projects and outcomes.

You will work collaboratively across Barclays teams ensuring that all aspects of the project and outcomes are being delivered. Further to this, it will be your accountability to unblock delivery challenges and ensure that deadlines are met.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with and reporting to senior stakeholder across Barclays
  • Ensuring that senior stakeholders are kept up to speed via monthly newsletters and progress reports
  • Influencing junior team members and driving change throughout the team
  • Challenging the ways of working and eliciting and supporting innovative ideas
  • Coordinating and motivating team members to reach challenging goals
  • Inspiring team members and developing positive attitudes amongst team members

What we're looking for:


  • Understanding of different delivery methodologies
  • Experience of Agile
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Knowledge of agile iterative approaches
  • Solid grasp of wealth and private bank businesses

Where will you be working?


Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.

This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff.

The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
