We are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant on behalf of one of our lovely schools in Oldham. Do you experience working with vulnerable individuals, or those struggling with their mental health? Tradewind are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to work in a mainstream Primary school central in Oldham. The position is full-time, working 1:1 with a student in KS2 suffering from trauma, and requires prior experience. Tradewind offer above-marketrates of pay, with the daily rate in the region of £75 - £85 per day.


Your duties might include:
Supporting and managing a pupil with special educational needs, usually on a 1:1 basis

Taking responsibility for the safeguarding of the young people in your care

Supporting the school team to provide a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment for students to learn

To be successful in the role of SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
Have a thorough understanding of supporting pupils with SEND
