A Process Assistant position based in Blackpool. The position advertised is an immediate start on a 6-month temporary role. They are paying between £11.00 and £12.00, with flexible working.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Process Assistant will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Performing transactional Order to Cash
  • Processing bank reconciliations
  • Inputting and posting general ledger journals, invoices, credits and statements
  • Debt collection and management activity
  • Assist in production of weekly and monthly project control
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Assist in the production of standard management information and month end reports
  • To collate and issue documentation
  • To answer internal and external queries via telephone or in writing

Profile

The successful Process Assistant must possess the following skill set and experience;

  • Experience in I.T and Microsoft Excel/Word
  • To have experience in formulas and data manipulation
  • Worked in Transactional Finance environment
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to new tasks
  • Able to organise own workload and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Public Sector and Government background desirable
  • Ability to commute to Blackpool

Job Offer

  • Hourly pay rate between £11.00 and £12.00
