Job Introduction

An opportunity has become available for a Team Support within the Commercial Team of National Grid Telecoms based in Castle Donington.


You'll be results driven, to ensure our National Grid Telecoms teams receive excellent support and our customers receive excellent customer service.


You will need English and Maths GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above
OR Functional Skills Level 2 or above to apply.

If you are offered a position, you will be required to undertake and successfully complete a BS7858 security screening check.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries, both verbally and in writing from Telecoms Commercial Customers.
  • Operate and maintain the National Grid Telecoms Sales mailbox system.
  • Administer Communications site access and supervision database.
  • Provide administration and support to the National Grid Telecoms Commercial team, and to other Telecoms team as required.


You must be able to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing, with customers and other team members and must be able to represent the company positively at all times.
