  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with special education needs, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with educational strategies and techniques for working with students on the autism spectrum.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to students in a compassionate and supportive manner.
