'''Duties'''- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students.
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students with their assignments, providing tutoring and guidance as needed.
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Support students in developing their social skills and promoting positive behavior.
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with special education needs, is preferred.
- Familiarity with educational strategies and techniques for working with students on the autism spectrum.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to students in a compassionate and supportive manner.
