Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students.
Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities.
Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help students with their assignments, providing tutoring and guidance as needed.
Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Support students in developing their social skills and promoting positive behavior.

Previous experience working with children, especially those with special education needs, is preferred.
Familiarity with educational strategies and techniques for working with students on the autism spectrum.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.
Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to students in a compassionate and supportive manner.
